SERVICE/FUNDING REQUEST
If you would like to submit a request for Findlay Service League volunteers or funds, please click the button and follow the link below to fill out our request form.
To provide ample time for consideration, please submit your application at least 30 days in advance.. Applications are reviewed once a month by a committee. FSL holds meetings the 3rd Thursday of each month, August through April, excluding December. Please consider this timeline when submitting your request.
